What makes me happy

I am so in love with my daughters drawings. I want to cover my walls in them. Magical pictures of galloping rainbows, bird cages, sunshine spots and caterpillars. I just love the freedom in which she creates. It's just so lovely and it's one of many things that make me happy :)

What a mess!

  • Before and after...

My kitchen has become a disaster zone. I'm still waiting for my studio to be fitted out properly so my work has to be done here. I find it amazing how quickly things can become so messy when I'm in the creative zone. It's all slowly coming together. I'll be exhibiting in a Group Exhibition at The Royal Botanic Gardens in the Palm House, Sydney. The theme for the exhibition is "The Bowerbird" and it runs from the 17th -27th of May. The opening will be held on the 16th of May from 1pm-5pm. All are welcome. Hopefully I'll see some of you there! Now......back to work for me! xx

A sneak peek!

I'm taking part in a joint exhibition in a couple of weeks at the Palm House in The Royal Botanic Gardens Sydney. The theme for the exhibition is "The Bowerbird". I've been working on blue pieces of jewellery that I plan to display around a bowerbird nest that I'm attempting to construct from vines etc. in the garden. Let me tell you, it's not easy! I'm in awe of how the birdies do it!
I thought i'd give everyone a sneak peek of my work. I'm having lots of fun! Will let you all know details of the exhibition soon. Bye now! xx
