The shop

Well. It's been just over a year since I made the move down to the main drag on Rylstone. And what a year it's been! It hasn't been easy but Hubby ( Mr Rylstone Home Brew)  and I are super proud that we've made it through.... Here are some snippets from the shop :)

Wings and things

Here are some shots of my recent project. I was asked to create some "fairy magic" for a magazine shoot and boy did I have fun! Flowers, ribbon, fantasy film, GLITTER and vintage lace adorned my studio as I created these beautiful pieces. I am taking special orders for them. Prices start at $36 for the coronets and $60 for the wings. Each piece is "one off" as they are constructed using a lot of vintage tid-bits.  For more details you can email me at monalisadesign@aapt.net.au OR head on over to my Facebook page and send me a private message. You can see snippets of the photo shoot on there too. What fun!

New Paintings!

I'm super busy at the mo folks. I have an exhibition lined up in my old stomping ground, Balmain in May. That with the shop and the girls.....Well, I'm nothing short of a Banshee.

Wish me luck,  they'll be many a sleepless night here at the Burlington household! Thankgod for cheesy movies after midnight (and The Love Boat!)
